Link Moodle course in myStudy

You can link an existing Moodle course in one or more courses in myStudy.

  1. To do this, call up the corresponding entry in myStudy (Fig. 1.1)
  2. Then click on the title of the course at the top (Fig. 2.2)
  3. Next, select the Online teaching tab (Fig.3.3)
  4. In the Moodle course section, click on the option Alternatively, you can link an already created Moodle course to this event (Fig.3.4)
  5. All Moodle courses in which you or other lecturers of the course have teaching rights will now appear in the selection list. Select the desired course (Fig.3.6)
  6. Finish the process by clicking the Save button (Fig.3.6)

Rights, participants and course settings are not changed in the existing Moodle course. If not all teachers of the new course have teaching rights to the old Moodle course, you must add them as additional teachers in Moodle. In addition, participants, enrolment methods and enrolment keys may need to be edited.
