EvaExam provides two types of exam reports in PDF format:

The detailed individual report provides the evaluation for each participant. It shows the answers of each participant to each question, as well as the points awarded and comments made by the examiners. The sheets contain the participant ID, and in the case of participant import, also the name, the score achieved, the maximum score and the percentage of correct answers (see Fig. 1).

The system also offers a comprehensive report. The comprehensive report is divided into the evaluation of individual questions, the exam report, and the comprehensive report with question analysis. In the evaluation of individual questions, the points achieved by the participants are presented in relation to each other by question and as a percentage. If you have created a grading scale, the exam report generates a grade overview for all participants, which can be read by question and exam. The overall report contains a graphical representation of the point distribution and a question analysis in which the questions are evaluated according to their selectivity and degree of difficulty (see Fig. 2).

As before, grades for all e-exams are entered using the Excel spreadsheet provided in myStudy. Examiners enter the grades and upload the list back to MyStudy. If you have any further questions or require support, the teaching service team is available at lehrservice@leuphana.de !
