-
In the old Teaching Service wiki (video tutorial, FAQ)
Written academic work under supervision in accordance with RPO §7 (3) (Gazette 50/23 of June 16, 2023) and regulations for conducting e-exams to supplement the framework examination regulations for the Leuphana Bachelor's degree, the framework examination regulations for Bachelor's and Master's degree programs that teach the prerequisites for teaching, and the framework examination regulations for the Master's programs of the Graduate School in their currently valid versions (Gazette 64/23 of July 7, 2023)
(Hereinafter referred to as “e-exam” or “e-test”.)
EvaExam is suitable for examiners who want to be flexible in terms of conducting exams in person and online. Once created, an exam paper can be used very quickly for paper-based exams, which can then be scanned and evaluated automatically. Detailed information on scanned exams and paper-based exams can be found on our website. Alternatively, the same exam paper can be used to generate e-exams and create individualized access links that allow students to take an exam at a location of their choice (remote exam) or with individual TAN access in a room provided by the university via computer.
On this wiki page, we would like to outline the process of an e-exam with EvaExam.
After setting up an examiner account, you will find both the examiner's manual (Info/Manual) and a variety of video-based tutorials (Extras/Video Portal) for detailed information in your examiner account. A video tutorial on e-exams with EvaExam is also available on our website.
We recommend conducting a mock exam with your students as part of the lecture. To give your students time to familiarize themselves with the exam software, we have provided a prepared test run.
